RingOS Just Got Even STRONGER: Marketplace Launch + QBO Integration

Written by Albert Diaz | May 16, 2025 3:45:00 PM

If you run your business on RingOS, you already know it handles more than just billing—it powers your quoting, activation, service management, invoicing, and support. But now, it does even more.

We’re proud to introduce the RingOS Marketplace—a new framework built to extend the platform’s capabilities and bring your tools together in one place. And we’re launching it with our first native app: QuickBooks Online Integration.

“RingOS has always been about giving MSPs more control, more efficiency, and more time,” said Albert Diaz, CEO of RingLogix. “The Marketplace takes that one step further. Now, you can connect the tools you already use—starting with QuickBooks—and keep everything working together in one system.”

Meet the RingOS Marketplace

The RingOS Marketplace is built on the same framework that makes RingOS so powerful: the External System Automation Framework (ESAF). That’s the secret sauce that allows you to quote, activate, bill, and manage services in real-time without jumping between portals.

With the Marketplace, we’re opening that framework to more apps, integrations, and services—so you can build your full tech stack around RingOS.

No more disconnected tools. No more patchwork processes. The Marketplace is about giving MSPs more control, more time, and more flexibility—starting with the integration you’ve been asking for most.

Introducing QuickBooks Online Integration

We designed the QuickBooks Online integration to do one thing extremely well: make bookkeeping easier by syncing your RingOS invoice data directly into QuickBooks.

Whether you manage your own books or work with a bookkeeper, this integration saves time, reduces errors, and keeps your financial records in sync with your billing data—automatically.

Here’s what it does:

Sync RingOS invoices into QuickBooks Online
Map customers, services, subscriptions, and taxes
Reduce reconciliation time with clean, structured data
Use detailed or category-level mappings depending on your bookkeeping maturity
Review sync logs with full visibility into what’s been pushed and what needs attention

“This is more than syncing invoices,” said Albert. “It’s about taking the power of RingOS—the system MSPs already trust to run their business—and extending that power into their bookkeeping process.”

And for the record: it’s not a halfway connection. This is a native integration built with full QuickBooks API support, submitted, approved, and secured through Intuit’s marketplace process.

Why This Matters

If you’re already using RingOS to run your business, this integration completes the picture.

Until now, many MSPs were spending 8–10 hours a month manually re-entering invoice data into QuickBooks—line by line, tax by tax. It wasn’t broken, but it was slow, repetitive, and prone to errors.

Now, you can sync invoices with just a few clicks. Every charge, credit, and tax item shows up in QuickBooks the way you billed it in RingOS.

That means:

  • Fewer bookkeeping mistakes
  • No more manual reconciliation
  • Faster month-end reporting
  • More time for onboarding, sales, and growth

“Our goal has always been quote to cash—but with this launch, we’re pushing beyond that,” Albert said. “It’s quote to bookkeeping. That’s the new standard.”

What’s Next for the Marketplace?

This is just the beginning. Our vision for the RingOS Marketplace is to unify your full operating stack—from quoting and billing to reporting and third-party services.

Expect to see more apps added in the coming months, including tools for communications, compliance, and operations—all tightly integrated into the RingOS experience.

“This is the foundation,” Albert said. “We’re building a future where your UCaaS stack, your billing, your support tools—all of it lives in one clean, powerful experience inside RingOS.”
