During our latest Tech Tuesday, we introduced two major launches: the new RingOS Marketplace and our first native app—QuickBooks Online (QBO) Integration.
Below is a recap of the key questions partners asked during the session, plus insights from RingLogix CEO Albert Diaz, VP of Partner Operations Wayne Landt, and Partner Solutions Manager Jaime Norris.
Albert Diaz:
“RingOS has always been built for control, automation, and speed. The Marketplace is the next step in that journey—it lets us connect the RingOS engine to more apps, services, and tools MSPs already use. Our goal is to unify your ecosystem, reduce manual work, and expand what RingOS can do without asking you to leave the platform.”
Albert Diaz:
“It’s the one integration our partners asked for the most. MSPs were already billing and collecting in RingOS—but then spending 8–10 hours a month manually re-entering invoices into QuickBooks. This app closes that gap by syncing invoice records directly into QBO—accurately and securely.”
The QBO integration syncs RingOS invoice records—including subscriptions, charges, credits, and taxes—into QuickBooks Online.
Each synced invoice is structured to match the original RingOS invoice, including detailed or grouped line items based on your style.
Albert Diaz:
“We’re not QuickBooks accountants—but we designed this for people who already work in QuickBooks or have someone who does. If terms like 'chart of accounts' or 'P&L' are unfamiliar, we recommend brushing up before diving in. But if you’ve used QBO before, this will feel very familiar.”
Albert Diaz:
“Right now, without the integration, MSPs are doing double entry. You bill and collect in RingOS, then manually record that in QuickBooks. That’s time-consuming—and error-prone. This integration gives you the data you need in QuickBooks to match deposits and close the books faster.”
Yes.
You can map individual subscriptions (e.g., PBX, SIP, fax) to specific QBO products/services and income accounts. That means your P&L can show exactly where your revenue is coming from—not just lump sums.
Yes—up to 120 days. Individual transaction records are available for 120 days, so syncing is available for any invoice generated within the last 3–4 months.
Yes. This is a native QuickBooks app, approved and listed through Intuit’s marketplace process. The connection is established via a secure OAuth flow to an approved app, and RingLogix never touches or stores your QuickBooks credentials.
“Nope. The QBO integration is free for all current RingLogix partners. There may be future apps in the Marketplace with vendor fees or service costs, but this one will remain free for existing partners.”
This is just the beginning. Here’s what’s already in development:
Albert Diaz:
“Our vision has always been quote to cash—but now we’re going beyond that. It’s quote to bookkeeping. One system. One experience. That’s where RingOS is going.”

If you need help getting started, your Success Manager is standing by!
RingOS already gives MSPs total control over quoting, activation, billing, and support. With the QBO integration, that control now extends into your books—without adding more steps to your workflow.
This integration isn’t about doing more work.
It’s about doing less—and getting more out of every tool you already use.
